Since I wrote my first line of code in 2003, I've believed that technology isn't an end in itself. It's a way to help organizations work better and serve people faster and more accurately.
I've seen first-hand how a carefully designed system can end years of disorder, connect departments that never talked to each other, and give leadership a clear picture to decide from. I've also seen how the wrong system wastes time, money and trust.
That's why I founded Echolink on a simple principle: understand before we build, tell clients the truth even when it isn't what they want to hear, and stay with them after delivery. I make a point of sitting with our clients myself at the start of every major project, because our success isn't measured by what we deliver, but by what the client achieves afterwards.
More than twenty years on, I still find in this field the same passion I started with. Every new project is a chance to show that technology, used honestly and with real understanding, makes a genuine difference to organizations and to the people who work in them.
Behind him is a team of engineers, analysts and designers that scales with the size and nature of each project.
